    These easy-to-make Peach Pie Pastry Cups feature flaky pastry shells filled with a warm peach filling made from Ceres Peach Juice Blend and Simply Desserts Sugar Free Peach Jel.     Ingredients

    • ½ sachet Simply Desserts Sugar Free Peach Jel
    • Store-bought frozen pastry shells or cups
    • 1 cup Ceres Peach Juice Blend
    • 1 cup frozen or canned peach chunks
    • Ground cinnamon to taste
    • Cool Whip dairy-free or sugar-free optional
    • Powdered sugar for dusting

    Instructions

    Bake the Pastry Cups

    • Preheat your oven and bake the frozen pastry shells according to package instructions. Place them on a lined baking sheet for even baking.
      Store-bought frozen pastry shells or cups

    Prepare the Peach Filling

    • While the pastry cups are baking, combine the peach chunks and Ceres Peach Juice Blend in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce to low heat.
      1 cup Ceres Peach Juice Blend, 1 cup frozen or canned peach chunks
    • Add a dash of cinnamon and whisk in the Simply Desserts Sugar Free Peach Jel. Continue to simmer, whisking occasionally, until the mixture thickens into a peach pie filling consistency.
      ½ sachet Simply Desserts Sugar Free Peach Jel, Ground cinnamon

    Assemble

    • Once the pastry cups are baked and slightly cooled, fill each with the warm peach filling.

    Garnish & Serve

    • Top each cup with a swirl of Cool Whip and a dusting of powdered sugar. Serve immediately or chill for later!
