1 Sachet Simply Desserts Strawberry Jel
1/3 Cup Cold Water or Alcohol of choice for Adult Version
1 1/3 Cup Boiling Water
6 Strawberries or Raspberries
Whipped Cream of choice (dairy free, sugar free, etc.)

Method

4 steps

Make the Strawberry Jel according to box instructions, using cold water and boiling water. Substitute the cold water for alcohol if desired
Pour the mixture into tiny serving cups, and refrigerate for a couple of hours until set
When you’re ready to serve, top with whip cream and 1 strawberry or raspberry on each one. Put another tiny dollop of whipped cream on top to make a Santa hat.
