    Ingredients

    • 1 sachet Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding
    • 1 cup corn fresh or canned
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • 1 tsp chili powder or chipotle
    • Chopped jalapeños optional
    • Lime juice and cilantro to taste

    Instructions

    • Add all ingredients together in a bowl and fold until well combined.
      1 sachet Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding, 1 cup corn, ½ cup sour cream, 1 tsp chili powder or chipotle, Chopped jalapeños, Lime juice and cilantro to taste
    • Serve with tortilla chips or as a taco topping!
