Pink Lady or Gala apples

Nuts and chocolate chips
for topping

Optional: squeeze of lemon juice to keep apples from browning
Instructions
Prepare the Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding according to the package (with your milk of choice); set aside.
1 Sachet Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding,
2 cups milk of choice
Slice apples into ½-inch discs. Use a small cutter to remove the core so each slice looks like a doughnut.
1-2 Pink Lady or Gala apples,
Optional: squeeze of lemon juice to keep apples from browning
Pat slices dry, then spread a generous layer of chocolate pudding on each “doughnut.”
Top with nuts and chocolate chips. Serve immediately.
