4 steps- Add coconut cream, pineapple chunks with juice and ice to a blender and purée until smooth.
- Pour into a serving glass with ice.
- Add coconut milk and pudding mix to a mason jar with a lid and shake until frothy.
- Pour the white chocolate coconut cream over the top of the piña colada and garnish with fresh pineapple and mint to serve.
